Quick Mediterranean Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Add feta cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
